After being sent to the second level by a receptionist ( seeming to have more important issues to deal with),I waited alone in the upstairs area for 20 minutes after my appointment time.I was the only customer in the entire spa and I wasn't shown to the locker room to change or to use the facilities. One staff member came upstairs and ignored me completely. The 80 minute service I paid for was actually an hour long treatment. During my facial, I experienced the most Brutal extractions ever ( though I noted the sensitivity of my skin on the paperwork before treatments). I told her the pain was too much, but she just said sorry and kept going. I was embarrassed to walk around the plaza after because I had bruises all over my face.
