      Founded in 1848, the firm has been in continuous operation for over 152 years. The trademark Star was registered with the United States Government in 1884. Other Registered trademarks the company manufactures under are Martha Washington and American Maid. Star Bedding Co was incorporated in the state of Missouri in 1930. A third Generation family member employed by the firm heads the company.Even though its primary focus in the past was the manufacturing of bed pillows, it now also supplies a complete line of pillow forms, down comforts, bulk feathers, polyester rolls, bonded cut quilt batting, and polyester stuffing to its valued customers.
