Repairs mowers any brand $45.00 +parts next day service blade sharpening $5.00 off mower you can wait for

Took my lawnmower in for a tuneup. He quoted me $88.00. I thought that sounded reasonable. I didn't have a car to take my lawnmower to him. Finally found someone to get it there. Good turn around time. When my son-in-law picked my lawnmower up. The owner gives him a can of engine start spray in case I have a hard time starting it. I thought that sounded strange. If he just did a tuneup on it why would I have a hard time starting my lawnmower? I know I'm a woman, but I'm not an idiot.
I looked at the air filter and it had not been replaced, nor had the spark plug. All the man did was sharpen the blade. I paid $88.00 for a tune up and all that was done was aharpen the blade.
Well, I'll tell you what. I've never on my life paid $88.00 for a blade sharpening.
I call the owner of the shop back up. He tells me, "i was able to get your lawnmower started, so I didn't newd to change tbe air filter or replace the spark plug. But if you bring it back I'll give you an air filter and spark plug*, Excuse me I don't have a car to bring it back. You were suppose to tune my lawnmower up, not give me a can of quick start spray to start my lawnmower.
You seen a woman and thought you'd get over on her.
$88.00 for a blade sharpening.
What a RIP OFF!!!

Called Southside at 1p on a Sunday due to a bad carb and desperate tune-up. Owner greeted me at the door, took a quick look, quoted me a price, and said it would take about 90mn! in the middle of june, most lawn shops are booked solid for 3weeks. So happy i found em, and they were most certainly added to my contacts. All around A+

A one person operation, but this does not hinder the efficient service provided. I have taken in lawn mowers and weed whackers and received same day or next day service. Reasonably priced.
