Apria refused to work with me for equipment prescribed by my physician. They refused to contact the physician to work out what they needed to treat me. They suggested I get another similar med equipment firm to do the same thing that they refused. I did find a firm willing to provide the equipment. Person was rude, dismissive, uninterested in getting my business, and not forthcoming with info that I needed. Person acted as if she only wanted to get me off the phone.
