My experience has been horrible!!! Today was my 5th trip back to the store after having 4 new tires installed. The light in my vehicle indicates something is wrong with one or more of the tires.
Every time I take it in I sit around for an hour or two and watch them drive my car around. Then they come back to me and tell me to drive the car for 30 minutes and the light should go off. It never does!!!!!!!! I drove it to Chicago and back and the light never went off. They don’t have a clue what they are doing. I’m not done. I’m going to the top and somebody is going to fix my car!!!!!!
This is the store in South County. BEWARE!!!!!!!
Front end alignment costs 238 bucks and car still wants to pull left. Not happy with their service or prices.
Also, they said oil was dirty and low..had been changed 220 miles....6 weeks before..I dont like people who lie to me.
very helpful, explained, didn't over charge, very impressed with their service and prices. will definitely go there again.
My little sister and I took her car here for a state inspection/emissions test since they could get me in last minute. The car failed, and the reasons they gave me were because it had a bad O2 sensor, it needed new wires and plugs (a tune-up basically) and that the front wheel hub had play in it and MO has a no tolerance policy for that.
My husband changed the O2 sensor that morning and had forgotten to reset the memory but they were able to see that it was a brand new sensor and that it was just stored in the memory but told me I needed a new one instead. Also, the wires and plugs were brand new and they could see that as well. I'm assuming because 2 girls brought the car in, they thought they could make some easy money. I declined the services and told my husband what they said. He called them and went off on the guy telling him he deliberately screwed us over and the guy actually admitted fault and said he recognized the new parts.
The wheel hub may or may not be faulty, but we HAVE to have it fixed before anyone will pass it since it's in the state's computer system as being bad. The fact that they admitted to lying to me just shows how dishonest and shady this place is. Never going to ANY NTB again since this is the type of employees they have.
BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS NTB!!!! run by kids who just want to sell sell sell !!!! JAMES IS A RUDE KID !!! REMEMBER YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ROAD HAZARD !!!!
