I am a policy holder, I pay this myself, I received a bill but misplaced the last billing statement, I called 3 different #'s, I wanted to speak to a customer service representative, I listed to the options, the options said to speak to a rep using the keypad enter 0, I did that got a response back that this was not a recognized option, you send me billing statements, however, I cannot get in touch with a rep to know how much to send. This is the worst system I've ever come across. I would not recommend Met Life Ins Co to anyone looking for any type of policy.
