Nothing but postives for Pratt. The staff from lab to clinical to social workers and infusion nurses were top-notch. Compassionate and professional and competent. Felt very good about my care and experiences with Pratt and Mercy overall!!

if u have cancer run from this place asap

Horrible open clinical environment, no privacy, everybody knows your business and you know theres. What happened to HIPPA? Staff are horrible, no communication on what to expect, social worker more worried about her MS than helping clients who actually pay everyones salaries, staff totally disassociated with clients who have no idea what to expect but staff offers nothing. Totally disrespectful and verging on noncomplacent staff who could care less about clients. Go to Siteman for top notch treatment. My family member is stuck getting treatment at mercy and are so sorry they did not go with Siteman
