While Larry represents plaintiffs in a number of circumstances, the most common situations in which persons seek his assistance are when they encounter breaches of professional duties, (i.e., legal, medical, real estate, and other professionals), of fiduciary duties, of contract, or from negligent conduct. Larry works one-on-one with his clients. He carefully gathers the necessary information and documentation to determine if a suit is warranted, and later, during “discovery” after a suit is filed, continues developing his client’s case. Larry’s clients pay nothing up front for attorney fees. Clients pay only expenses of pursuing a claim; Larry receives compensation only when his client receives money.
