Hunters Ridge is absolutely terrible. We have lived here a couple of months and have thought about breaking our lease multiple times. We have maintenance here almost every other week fixing something. Normally maintenance is apt to respond except when we had black mold growing in three different rooms. They took three weeks to even address the problem after we had called countless times and told that I was pregnant and the issue needed addressed immediately. Only after we threatened to take them to court did they finally do something. The people who "run" the office need a lesson in customer service. They proceeded to tell my husband that he is not allowed to have his work vehicle on the property even though it is a registered vehicle in our file. This is the worst place we have ever rented from, and the day our lease is up we are out.
