love every bit of tge operation thats what i deserve for being nosey

The fact that I've been sitting here for three hours waiting for the staff to recieve a fax is a testimony to the lack of education or care the staff has for new donor's. I'm not sure if the lady is pulling my leg or honestly doesnt know what she's doing but the fact remains that my first visit will prolly take more then 6 hours and i came in at 6 am

Nothing has changed since the review from 2012 except the building. Nothing gets done right unless there's an audit going on. Half the people working don't even know what they're doing. Its amazing this place is still operating

this place is a mess. The manager amanda is so unprofessional she just sits on her cell phone all day. U rarely see her unless corp is there then she's up moving around. She makes kevin gary an jon do her dirty work. And melissa doesn't train right she sits in the nurses office all day long gossiping and distracting the employees that she favors.and cn u believe they painted an hung signs the day before an audit! Isn't that stuff suppose to already be done? This is a very unprofessional place don't waste your time with this hell hole!!
