My wife and I have been using Gravois Auto Repair for all of our auto service needs for almost 10 years now. They have good prices, they do great work and they are exceptionally trustworthy. While traveling I recently went to one of those 15 minute oil change places and I was immediately reminded why Gravois is the only shop I use. The same oil change I pay $18 for at Gravois was $35 at this place. To make it worse they told me the $35 oil wasn’t very good and tried to up-sell me to 2 higher grade oils at $50 and $80 respectively. You will never deal with high pressure tactics like that at Gravois. If you are looking for good honest service at a fair price, this is the place.

Honest, dependable and fast. They do not try to up-sell work that is not needed and always call with an estimate before they do any work on our vehicles. My family (parents and grand parents too) have been going there for years and will not trust anyone else.

One of the auto mechanics broke the lever to release the hood and did not even notify us it was broken. When I confronted them, they said I had brought it in in that condition and refused to do anything to fix it. Mechanics should fix auto problems, not cause more.I have also had them repair problems when I asked only for an estimate and requested they call before actually did the work.
