I had a wonderful experience during the purchasing process of my new 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The jeep had just came off of the delivery truck. The jeep was test driven & washed. My salesperson, Jerry was outstanding. He was patient & explained the details of the jeep. The finance person, Rich was pleasant & the financing was painless. My previous car buying experiences have been extremely painful. I love my new jeep & thank Jerry for the outstanding customer service. Keep up the good work fellows.

staff is very unprofessional. Bought a jeep it took 3 hrs. 2 weeks later they call and say hey I forgot to get a check for the deposit. But they also changed the loan from what they told me they could get. It is going to take over a month to get paperwork to license the jeep. I was informed that they sold the car I traded in already and they will not be sending any paperwork until I pay the $ I owe the money. But now I am having to borrow a car because I cant keep driving this with no plates. Today when they called me about the money they threatened me with repossession and bankruptcy. ALL BECAUSE THEY SALESMAN DID NOT DO HIS JOB

Horrible purchasing experience. I would never buy from them, ever! Even after changing my mind and not purchasing the vehicle, they took my check and cashed it anyway. First they said the person who cut the checks wasn't there. Then they tried to tell me that I had to wait because the funds weren't cleared. Well, the funds cleared the day they deposited it because both them and I bank at the same bank!!! So many excuses and all they had to do was be honest and tell me their policy for refunds, especially when they should have never cashed the check in the first place. They are pleasant to deal with during a sell, but unless you plan on taking delivery, DO NOT give them a check until then because they will cash it, even if you change your mind. I reported them to Chrysler since it's a Chrsyler Employee transaction and I told all my colleagues, chrysler employees, and Facebook friends not to purchase from them.

We bought our first new car from Glendale, it was painless!! We told our salesman Paul Joshu what we wanted and he got it done! He was very helpful and easy to work with! The finance department was great too! No hassles! I would defiantly recommend him to anyone, and we will defiantly go back when the time comes to buy again!!

Horrible body shop. Will cheat you out of money and NOT fix your car either. Probably the worst experience you'll ever have at a dealership. Don't say you weren't warned
