      They came out to provide an estimate to repair and clean my chimney. The chimney was not usable at the time due to needing a new cap and/or screen as animals were nesting in it. They confirmed this and provided me an estimate. They indicated they would clean it at the time, collect payment for cleaning, and return in 3 weeks to repair the chimney so I could use it. Despite several phone calls and attempted inquiries, they never returned, rendering my chimney unusable despite being charged $189. When they were at my home cleaning it, the man even told me not to open the flue due to the amount of debris and "critters" he had cleaned out. At one point, i was able to speak to the owner who assured me someone would be back out and they were simply waiting on something they'd ordered for my chimney... That was over 2 months ago and nobody has returned or contacted me. Huge waste of the $189 I was charged for cleaning. Very disappointed. I definitely would not recommend using them for service for your chimney!

      They Came out for a service call! Very friendly. Did an inspection and verified we are good to use the fireplace! Will use again in the future.
