Owner Carol was EXTREMELY rude when we arrived today to pay for our cake order that we had discussed with the designer 3 days prior and were told they would be happy to accommodate. Carol immediately told us the CUPCAKES we were ordering (Yes, cupcakes. We weren't asking for anything outrageous.) would not be accommodated for the baby shower we are having in 1 week. Simple order. Just a slight variation to the decoration they show in their book. Carol very abruptly stated her designer "didn't clear it" with her and they would not be fulfilling our request as promised. Not even an apology. We have spent untold amounts of money over the years at this bakery with elaborate cakes we have designed and they baked for us accordingly. These cakes were then featured in their books and ads. We had hoped to use them for our wedding planned next year but WILL NOT patronize them again. The disrespect and rudeness shown by the owner was unmatched. How she can continue with not only patrons, but employees alike, is a mystery.
I have always been their biggest promoter to anyone needing a bakery. I will now be sure to let everyone know of the deplorable treatment we received from non other than the owner, herself.

I ordered a party cake and was very pleased, especially with the taste of the cake and icing! Very moist and perfectly decorated! The people who work there are very nice too!!
