Danforth Elementary School offers a variety of academic programs and extracurricular activities to students in kindergarten through grade six. The school is a part of the Riverview Gardens School District. It offers classes in English, language arts, math, science and social studies. Danforth Elementary School has a childhood center that offers programs to develop social, emotional, cognitive and physical well being of students. The center is approved by Missouri Accreditation of Childhood Care and Education Programs. The school employs certified parent educators who provide home visits and organizes annual developmental screenings and group meetings. Danforth Elementary School is located in St. Louis.
