Provided by YP.comIf you wind up using these guys to get an apartment, you'll do it in *spite* of their terrible service. Our agent, Latonya, is impossible to get on the phone, never returns emails, and completely forgot about our appointment to meet (and then brazenly lied about it).
Only apply if you're *very* interested in the property in question.

Provided by YP.comIn all fairness, I've had my share of luke warm customer service in the past from Charrette like the others. However, I will give props to Denise, the new associate who has seemingly put a better customer service face on Charrette.
The apartment I lived on on Washington Ave., was nice, big, parking garage was clean and overall I felt it was a place I would recommend future tenants.

Provided by YP.comNever ever never ever rent from charrette community management.They need to take community out of their name because they are all for themselves.They dont give a flute about any of their tenants.And yes their apartments are made to look good when they actually suck.I hated staying here 2 months after I moved in and Ive stayed in worse place.they even talk to you they they dont give a flute about nothing thats going on on the property.please people avoid these scammers.

Provided by YP.comOne of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with. They never answer their phone calls or call you back when you leave a message. When I had a problem with my apartment they basically told me to deal with it. I would not only not recommend them as a company but would advise all those who are smart to STAY AWAY!
