Isaiah did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and took his time making sure everything was sprayed and webs were cleared. He also answered any questions I had.

Customer service is terrible. On hold for over 45 minutes trying to get through. You have to go thru the Utah switchboard to get around to local branch. The local cancellation department was supposed to call me back today and of course I have heard nothing from them.
I cancelled back in February and they said I had 1 more treatments scheduled in May or early June and if I cancelled early there would be a penalty, so I told him do that service and then cancel. Well low and behold they show up and do a treatment on July 13th even though this is no where even close to the time they told me and my contract should have been up.
** Pet owners take notice!!! To top it all off, the technician left my side gate open so when I let my dogs out, not knowing the gate was wide open, I had to chase them down. I swear if Aptive show up again I will call the cops and have a trespass warning issued!

The man that came today to treat our lawn for the first time was great. Very nice explained what he was going to do and asked me if I had any questions then proceeded to answer them politely. I was amazed at how quickly he was finished.

Matthew E. was very professional and explained the overall pest control procedure. He clarified the type of product being applied along with safety concerns I had with the ingredients. Matthew E. treated my property with respect by wearing boot covers and not spraying in rooms that were occupied. He was very thorough during the application process and made clear the type of insects they were targeting for this visit. Matthew E. entertained my questions at each phase of the process and never became annoyed or attempt to ignore them. He is a highly skilled technician.

Patrick Neal did a great job on my last service call. I have used Aptive for the past year, been happy with their work, even though they failed to notify me prior to coming out for my most recent service.

Alberto Thrist did a great job inside and outside of my residence. He explained everything very well.

This was our 30 day follow up appointment and our technician was Elbert. He was very courteous, rang the doorbell and asked if we were having any problems. I was still seeing ants on the sidewalk around the house after our initial service. When he referenced our previous technician's notes, he said they did not treat specifically for ants. I was a little confused, as during the sales pitch we received from the door to door salesman, he told me the initial treatment covered every type of insect and they treat a larger perimeter than the average pest control company. The salesman also promised to replace all of my rodent bait stations for free, which they didn't have on the truck during our initial service. Elbert made everything right, by specifically treating for ants, replacing my outdoor rodent bait station and treating my siding and eves for wasps. Upon applying the dust to the vinyl siding in the back of the house, he was attacked by about 15 wasps. He had to jump off the ladder to avoid being stung. I was concerned for his safety and he simply replied, "that is my job." Many thanks to Elbert for your excellent service today and glad the wasps didn't sting you!!

Our first time with Aptive for Pest control. Larry our Service pro was exceptional. Professional and really took the time to answer all questions, search out and sprayed thoroughly, and cleaned all webs on exterior. Very please with this company so far!Laura M.

Cavin H. did an outstanding job. He is a super friendly and knowledgeable technician. He even saw other wasps nest in our front porch that I didn't know it was there. Great service!

Carvin H. took care of our pesky bugs today, and was a great representative for Aptive. He met me with a smile, was 100% friendly (even with 100+ degree weather), asked what our needs were, and explained the services that he provided in detail. Aptive is lucky to have him!p.s.: Coincidentally, I was driving from an errand and followed him to my house for about two miles. He even drives well which is a huge pet peeves of mine, thus he further sets a good image for Aptive!

7/5/17 Carvin came out to service our house and did an Awsome job. Will ask for him when I need service. Took the time to let me know what he was doing and where. He asked questions to find where there were issues, so he could concentrate on problems. I highly recommend Aptive for your bug and pest issues.

I'm usually skeptical of door-to-door salesmen, especially those who claim to have a great deal and "guys working in the area", but we had just moved into our home and hadn't yet arranged for this type of service. The sales associate did have a great promo to offer so I thought I'd see about those guys working on my area. As it turns out, I was able to get dame-day service. Carnell was right on time. We walked my property and he pointed out a few things. He swept the eaves, treated inside my garage and spent 15 or 20 minutes thoroughly treating the perimeter of our home and property. Carnell checked in once more when he was finished and reported back to me what he had seen during treatment. From there, he let me know when my next treatment would be and was on his way with a smile, a handshake and a thank you. This is the type of service I jump online and write a review about... and refer to friends and family.
