      I had a safe that I couldn't open. I contacted them to inquire about opening and they requested a picture to know what I had. They responded that they could open it and I was quoted $250 for a Saturday visit. I didn't get it scheduled right away and had a day off about a month later. I contacted them on a weekday about coming down and set it up for later that day. I ended up with six 1/2 inch holes drilled in the front of the safe, including some drilled through the locking system, effectively destroying the safe. I could have destroyed the safe myself if I had wanted that. At one point he appeared very frustrated and I told him that he could stop and I would pay him for his time and I'd get it open. He asked if I was going to cut it open and I said yes. He said let me keep trying, so I did. The end result was that I paid $300 to have him do what I could have done for free. I do not recommend.
