Welcome to Absolute Martial Arts school in St. Louis, MO. We offer Classes in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Kids Karate. Give us a call at 314-664-0466 to try a free lesson. We have many different programs to fit your individual needs. Since our establishment, Absolute Martial Arts St. Louis has strived to provide high quality instruction, with a focus on a positive and safe learning environment. Sign up for an introductory lesson with one of our instructors. This way you can see first hand if our Martial Arts school is the right one for you. Our Muay Thai Kickboxing classes will get you in shape, relieve stress, and teach you practical self defense. Known as the Art of Eight Limbs, Muay Thai teaches you how to properly use your knees, elbows, hands, and feet in times of need. This is a great way to get you in prime cardiovascular shape, and have a strong, toned core at the same time. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program teaches you on how to protect yourself on the ground. You learn how to get into different ground positions, and how to submit someone without having to use any striking techniques. All while getting great core strength. Our Kids Karate classes on the other hand will help your child gain confidence and discipline, all while having fun learning in a safe environment. It’s a good way for your child to prevent bullies from taking advantage of them. Besides working on their hand eye coordination, your child will also build and develop their basic lifeskills, from learning how to show respect and gain focus, to learning how to socialize with other people around them. It's okay if you or your child have never had any kind of Martial Arts training in the past. We specialize in teaching beginners. We will show you exactly what to do in a fun and safe manner.
