The Troester Media Center serves the technical needs of students. It provides network administration and technical services. The center provides instruction in data management and computer applications, as well as media, communication, technology and engineering education fields. It maintains a library that offers a variety of educational resources and materials. The Troester Media Center is governed by St. Joseph School District, which serves more than 11,740 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 in over 25 schools. St. Joseph School District s schools offer instruction in math, science, English, physical education and social studies. The district s schools maintain parent-teacher associations that work for student welfare, as well as provide guidance counseling sessions. Its schools have student councils, as well as support the National Honor Society.
