5JAN15: Engine Warning Light came on. Called for an appointment. Received an appointment and arrived 8 minutes early. Was told "About half an hour". After 90 minutes: 1. Asked what the situation was and was told "behind schedule". 2. Was charged for "Diagnostic Check" with no professional discussion or guidance. All this on my only day off in the week. Is this professional or pride in one's work? Never again.

My car failed the state inspection for a brake problem. I went to several places in St Joseph. Each of them told me that it will cost $135 plus labor. I went to Belt Alignment and they told me it didn't sound like bad brakes. Made an appointment and they found that it was just brake dust and one shoe was out of alignment. Total cost...$42.50. They could have charged me more, but these people are honest and caring about their customers. Thank you Belt Alignment.

This is the worst place to purchase tires because they do not honor their waranties or their work. I bought New tires from them with a 50,000 mile warranty, had an alignment performed and in less than a year and under 20,000 miles the front two tires needed to be replaced. Belt Alignment now blames us saying that we needed to get an alignment frequently, possibly every ten days or everytime we hit a pothole and they refused to put anything in writing.
