Martin Kirk has to be one of the most difficult and rude attorneys I have dealt with! I think the fact that he was convicted of domestic violence himself is very telling of his true character. I have never had an attorney cuss me out and hang up on me! He is extremely impatient and arrogant. He was not willing to listen to my side of the story. I hired another another attorney and my case was dismissed. Had I known this before contacting him, I would have never bothered. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
