I was referred to Dr. Bovenkerk by Professional Hearing for a sudden loss of 85% hearing in one ear. I got a "same-day" appointment, and treatment began that same day! The office and treatment rooms are top-notch. All options were clearly explained to me. I would recommend seeing him IMMEDIATELY upon a sudden hearing loss because the sooner treatment is started by a doctor who knows what his is doing is IMPERATIVE!
