Broke stuff; rude; no knowledge of area. Got lost in their own local moving area!!!

I wouldn't use this company nor would I ever recommend this company to anyone. There are many other companies that I would use before ever using this one. I have used moving companies before and this by far was the worst I have ever been involved with. I booked our move in Newport, Vt weeks before our move and they rescheduled our move the week before. They scheduled the move for the afternoon because they had one in the morning. The day of our move the owner showed up with his crew in the early afternoon and said "they didn't want to work late." The owner told me he didn't care that I needed to move today and was extremely rude and uncaring. My pregnant wife called him to see if there was anything he could do to help us and the owner only swore at her, telling her "I'll hear what you have to say and then I'll tell you how its going to be." Then added "I'm not in a shi@! taking mood and only a sh@! giving one." After being stunned by all of this I booked our move with another company that handled our move with not only great success but in a professional manner. I would never use this company even if it were free.
