Been doing bussiness here since they opened they remedied a problem with rear disk brakes on my Jeep two other places failed to do.Only complaint I have is they have become so popular in St. John’s there is never a day there not busy

Worst place to take ur vehicle. Fixed repairs as tech stated then returned for alignment. Then all the sudden after 3 days of driving they said my wheel bearings were bad. Always a issue with this shop. They snapped off three wheel studs. Only fixed 2 without my permission and put a nut back on the snapped off old stud. This place is a hack job and the manager doesn't no how to do his job and advise a customer of the repairs that were done. Once again they never told me about the broken and repaired studs on my car I found out after I checked over my car. Managers response was "what do u want me to do" my response " do your job and address the customer on issues" avoid this place at all cost

Jason (the manager I presume?) handles customers with great ease & patience. Yesterday I ordered/bought 4 Continental 'Pure Contact with Eco+' tires for my 2014 Camry Hybrid and so far I really like them; the road noise has reduced greatly from the original stock tires.

I've been coming to this particular store for several years for tire rotations-which are FREE by the way. With that said, I told myself that when I needed to purchase new tires that I'd give them my business.
Their prices are competitive and hard to beat (trust me, I do my homework in the 'cost department').

Wanted a set of snow tires installed from a previous vehicle. I did the research and they would fit although they were a bit smaller. They told me it would do damage to do the swap and wouldent do it. They obviously don't know anything mechanical. Waited an hour for nothing. I've bought several sets from them before but never again will they get my business

rotated my tires and fixed my air suspension for way less then the quoted price of another shop. great service and knowledgeable! Thanks Budget Tire!
