After numerous e-mail inquiries into where items may be finally received a reply from the owner, Ms. Lori Cardiff-Chamberlain that lacked even the semblance of an apology. Did not refund a single penny of the order even though she fully admits that "a few orders were not filled". Had the audacity to not even refund the shipping costs. Her response? Technically she isn't obligated to do anything because she filed for bankruptcy. So I'm just out Christmas presents and wasted time dealing with the matter, not to mention out 60$. Shameful excuse for a business owner.
