Recently a trucking company that PR (Pieper Ramsdell) insures ran into the back of our car. The trucking company was very professional, but PR was most definitely not. They seemed very unacknowledged regarding the process of acquiring estimates for the damages and getting the car fixed (I had to walk them through the process). The representative that was handling the claim went on vacation the week our car was fixed and gave no one else in the agency information about our claim. This made the process very long and confusing. Lastly, when PR received the bill for the rental car, a representative called me saying that the bill for the two day Enterprise economy car was too expensive. Very unprofessional, not knowledgeable, and just plain RUDE!
