I was injured in the salon by tripping over a loose floor tile, falling face down on the tile floor injuring both wrist, both knee's and one foot that has pins and screws in two toes. The owner of the Salon didn't make any attempt to assist me in getting up off of the floor or asking if I was alright. Approx. one Month later I called back to see if the tile had been repaired because I was due for another appointment the next day. I was told that the tile had not been repaired and I was not welcome back in her salon... If this is the treatment given to all customers, I think it's best that I not return.
