      They did a 60,000 mile service on my daughter's Legacy. We were absolutely aghast at the bill. They performed over $200 worth of work outside of the "recommended" package without her consent. They should have warned her what this would cost before moving forward with it. Failing to inform and warn her what the cost would be was very UNprofessional. It appears they are all about the money! This experience confirms why I avoid them for service on my own car.
