I read a previous negative review and went anyway... bad mistake.

Needed my front wheels aligned and they wouldn't do it unless I purchased new tires from them. The back tires were bad, but front were good with low miles. I'll never go back, suggest the same. Went to Tire Pros and they were happy to do the work.

I would never give them my business. I was visiting the area memorial day weekend. We were heading home to California on memorial day when we got a flat, we only had a crappy spare and traveling with a baby it just was not safe, we found the big o tires at 10 minutes to 6pm, the sign on the door said they closed at 7pm. There was still two employees there but they stated they were closing an hour early and would not help us. We were pretty disappointed, if I could take the one star away I would.

this is still my favorite. good service and great tire prices
