This was the least stress I've ever had buying a car! Everyone was nice. I drove 3 1/2 hours to buy my WRX and would do it again.

Service department was easy to work with when we got a hitch put on and our salesman was present and gave us a loaner car to use, so they did well by us and overall we are impressed with the dealership.

Our sales rep was incredibly patient through several test drives and a few hours of decision making. He worked with us to find the closest pricing and Outback to match our requests. We wound up with better pricing than any other dealer in The Twin Cities Metro. The other salespeople were friendly and courteous.

I am very pleased with the service I received: I bought the car over the phone, no one tried to pressure me into buying anything I didn't want, and the up-front price that I was offered was as good as the price I might have gotten from a car-buying service I have access to. We bought our 2011 Forester just over a year ago, have 33,000 miles on it and it has been great and so has St. Cloud Subaru. Everyone there makes it a point to make us happy when we go in for service from beginning to end. The price of the car and the service has been told to us truthfully from day one. I can't wait until our second car wears out and we can get an Impreza.
