I bought a transmission I was assured was good, and was not. Pan was removed and hammerd out to hide damage. Was denied extended warramty due to mileage excuse, don't have the money to pay for another installation.

On 7/22 I ordered my second major part for my 2005 Priusfrom Pam's Auto. The first, a brake valve, has been working perfectly for several months. This time the I needed a transmission. I like using Pam's on line service because it allows me to view the part, or like part, that I am going to be getting; I can see the vehicle the specific part I order came from; often the mileage of the vehicle is listed so I can see how much use the part has had. I called and talked to a Pam's sales rep named Josh. He was extremely helpfu lwith my questions and setting up delivery. The transmission was delivered direct to the shop doing the work, within 3 days. The mechanics were impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the part. It is in and functioning as designed. I will use Pam's again and recommend to anyone.
