I arrived to every appointment on time or early. Each time I sat in the waiting room (hall) for at least 15 minutes. I received my invoice and was charge for 15 minutes of therapy that I didn't receive each time-coincides with the time I sat in the hall waiting. I called and questioned the billing. I was told there was nothing that could be done about the overcharging
