I primarily work directly with Couples, Families, Individuals, Custom Builders, Architect's, Engineer's, Building Code Officials, and at times with Model Home Companies (a.k.a. track home builders) My company provides residential design services for custom and model homes, additions, and renovations. Also offer light commerical design, renovations, and/or drafting services.I can guide clients throughout the planning stages of conceptual design, preliminary bidding, to a full set of construction documents ready for permitting and permitting approval process. Fluent with Florida Building Code 2010, which also includes Residential and Existing construction for additions and renovations.
