      We provide installation and service of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems including geothermal. Our normal hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. with the ability to leave messages outside of normal working hours. Estimates on new installations are free. You can apply for financing via our website, www.rumerloudin.com and click on the Financing link.
      Business History
      Larry Rumer worked in the HVAC industry beginning in 1965. In 1975 he started his own business in St. Clairsville and then expanded to Barnesville in 1986. His daughter and son-in-law, Kellie and Sid Loudin, purchased the Banresville branch in 1998 and St. Clairsville in 2006. Their son Brandon has worked in some way in the industry since 1994 making this a third generation business which will be able to service your equipment well into the future. Rumer-Loudin has installed geothermal equipment since 1989. The longest in the Ohio Valley with well over 400 installed in residential and commercial properties.
