We live in a really old house and there's a lot wrong with it. We brought Broedell Plumbing and Heating in to take a look at what we might need to have done. Out of the 8 companies that gave us estimates. They were the only ones who explained that the way my house was built was affecting my heating and cooling because of a different style of construction. THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO DIDN'T TRY TO SOLVE ME A FURNACE.



They spent extra time here, and explained that because all my ducts were on inside walls rather than outside walls, it wasn't very efficient for cooling the house. When I had mentioned that our goals this summer included tearing out the living room and den down to the studs, He said he'd be more than happy to come back then and give us an idea of what we could do and should to do make the house more energy efficient.



This was the only Heating/Cooling company in the area who left my house without trying to convince me that a furnace would sell all my problems.

I'm updating my review because 2 years later I still have a great relationship with Broedell Plumbing & Heating. They have been to the house a number of times for both plumbing and heating issues, as well as A/C issues. I call around to check pricing every time I have them out and they are always the best price for the quality.



I find that they are consistently fast, reliable, courteous and clean. They are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The bottom line is, that I trust these guys to do my home repairs.
