This is not a review on Sun Valley. It is a review on Creekside Apts. St. Charles, MO. DO NOT move there. Place is a DUMP. Manager Vickie Breakfield is a horrible vindictive rude person. The only good reviews on this dump start with "the manager is a friend of mine." What a JOKE. Maintenance man and Vickie's daughter live in complex both have pending drug charges, its like an episode of COPS outside your apt. (look for yourself MOcase.net. Look at addresses and last name 2014. THEY will be your neighbors and have access to keys to your apt. Also have heard of residents items coming up missing. Had a friend who moved say that they are missing items!!!! Manager constantly threatens to tow RESIDENTS vehicles and wanders around at night with a flashlight looking in peoples cars. Too many other horrible things to list. Woman is totally unprofessional. The reviews speak for themselves. RUN away from this place as fast as you can!!!!!!

I lived here for 8 years and it was the best apartment complex I've ever live in. Maintenance was fanastic as well as the staff. Always accommodating.
