I took a jacket here, It came back smelling really bad, it had a really nasty chemical and just a gross smell I can't identify. I have never smelled that at any other dry cleaners I have been to. I couldn't wear the jacket I had to air out for 2 days and put it in the dryer with fabric softener to get rid of the smell. I was very disappointed with this cleaner. The jacket was also wrinkled. I will be calling for a refund. It is possible this was just a one time mistake, judge for yourself.
