Our motto at Pundmann Ford is "Welcome to the Family". It emphasizes our customer-centric approach to business. We have always treated our customers with the utmost respect and kindness as one would treat their own family members. It's this type of service you would expect from a dealership that has been serving the St. Charles and St. Louis area for over 90 years. Although much has changed in the auto industry since Pundmann Ford first began selling and servicing cars, one thing has remained constant - the customer still comes first. The dealership opened its doors on April 25, 1925, in St Charles on the corner of Jefferson and Second streets as one of the first automobile dealerships in the area. Pundmann endured the Great Depression, World War II and in 1951 moved to 1001 North Second Street. In 1968, another move was made to 2727 West Clay, just off I-70 between Highway 94 and Zumbehl exits, where the dealership resides today. In 2014, the dealership made major sales and service renovations to its current building. The success of Pundmann can be attributed to the idealistic approach the motto, "Welcome to the Family," has provided its employees. And because of this approach, Pundmann has gained national recognition for their outstanding customer service. In 2013 Pundmann was honored with its third Ford President's Award - the only dealer in the area able to make this claim. In 2015, Pundmann Ford celebrated 90 years of business and four generations of doing business in St Louis and St Charles. We embody the true meaning of full service. Pundmann Ford is capable of offering low priced deals on new and pre-owned vehicles, and accredited Collision Center, a specialized service center and state of the are Quick Lane service facility. Pundmann Ford has made strides to put ourselves in a position to offer customers the best service in town and that is why Pundmann is an area leader. I have older vehicles serviced at Pundmann Ford. They always do great work. I bought a new vehicle in June. Our sales rep Brian Peters was great. Friendly and patient, made sure all our questions were answered. Bill Schmidt handled finance for us. He was a pleasure to work with.
We are enjoying our new Fusion; Eliot and the team made sure the process was smooth and timely. The Fusion joins our second car, a 2009 Focus, also purchased new at Pundmann Ford.
Buying a car can be a hassle. But Matt and the rest of the team at Pundmann made it enjoyable. They have tons of great cars to choose from. I will be going there for all my future car purchases.
