I called Ken and he got me in really fast. When i got there, he went over all my options for tinting and showed me examples of how each would look. I am so happy with the results of my SUV. I would recommend anyone going to see Cool Shades!

I have used Cool Shades twice in the past 9 years, and both times I was extremely impressed with both the quality of their work and their professionalism. My first tint lasted 8 years with absolutely no problems. The tint actually outlasted the car itself, and I never once had to take it back for any touch ups. The 2nd tint was just completed for me back in February. The staff was kind enough to tint my windows on a Saturday morning, and they were able to do it cheaper than any other tinting business in the area. Their work is impeccable, and they are friendly and professional to deal with.



If you are looking to tint your windows, I strongly encourage you to give them a try. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

In order to substantiate this review, I'll divide it up to parts:



- Quality: Perfectly installed tinting cut from his own hand. No issues and perfectly applied.



- Customer Service: super nice guy. Easy to talk with and can tell he is dedicated to his work. Very professional. He went above and beyond when he texted me a copy of my receipt. Not too many folks would go to that level to help someone out.



- Location: very accessible and easy to get to. In a spot where you can probably get multiple things done on your vehicle if necessary.

Excellent. In July of 14' I had a minor issue with my first tinting job on my truck, called Ken and he got me in, in just a couple days, took great care of me, in the time frame he said. But, I really liked the great service and attention that he took with me. Will definitely take my second vehicle there.

service is exactly as promised AND when they were done a hail storm was coming in to the area. They stayed after their closing time and let me keep my car inside until the storm had passed.

Ken and his staff are very professional and the most knowledgable about Window tinting for autos, homes or commercial business'. I have had every car tinted by them and have never been disappointed. He has the quality and service that is unmatched plus the products he uses are the best on the market. I have had several friends that went to someone else just to save a buck and later on regretted it. Now they go to Ken at Cool Shades and refer their family and friends to him. My next project is to have him tint is the windows at my home to save on energy costs and keep my drapes, furniture and carpet from fading so much.
