When I got a flat tire at my work which is an hour away from my house, I thought I would have trouble getting it fixed since it was 5:30. I saw the hours showed they closed at 6 and knew I had plenty of time. I arrived at 5:40 (twenty minutes before advertised closing time). When I walked in, I was not greeted when the mechanic at the desk clearly saw me. When I asked if he could assist in the tire repair, he told me that they had already shut everything down to go home. I get not wanting to stay late, but not helping someone 20 minutes before close? A tire repair would take 10 minutes at the latest. Terrible customer service.
