This was the absolutely worst experience you could ever have with a medical professional. Dr. Shadid did shoulder surgery on me and put in the wrong size implant! He told me after going to therapy for six months-then said that no amount of therapy would help because the implant was too large and would have to be replaced! No apologies, no explanations-nothing! Just picked up his bag and left the office! I found another surgeon to fix the mess and was disabled for 2 years with permanent nerve damage to my hand! Beware! Everything about this office was horrible-from getting ahold of the dr. to getting prescriptions refilled! Arrogant-never even changed bandages in hospital or even checked in on me! If I could give zero stars I would!!
