I hired G & L Septic to inspect a property I am purchasing from a bank. Days away from closing Chad delivered news none of us wanted to hear, the system was failing. Period. In the haste, and fear of a deal lost, panic from the seller and the seller's realtor ensued. Despite the havoc, Chad stayed on my side. He cancelled an unnecessary dig of the tank and took a reduced rate of pay for a service call. Bottom line, I was more than impressed with his (and his teams) professionalism and care for his client. Not to mention the above and beyond efforts from his staff (Tim) who kindly and happily entertained my two young sons so Chad could explain detailed and future scenarios to me. Also Shannon who patiently took the time to discuss septic care and maintenance via phone. I am eager to give them my future business as there is no doubt you are in good, fair hands with these guys.
