Their team led by Mr. Tom was very professional and safety was first. Had huge oak tree to cut - on time and no wasted time. Jose is a master tree cutter - work of art to watch him cut a tree down !!! Two other residents used them as well - also very pleased. Thanks Tree Medic for a job well done !!

Called over 3 weeks ago and got the run around. The lady who answers the phone is a total goof off. I called and she answer "Facebook" oops I'm sorry i was on my Facebook". No one has showed up or called to follow up about my issues. I need a professional company to deal with because this company isn't it.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Tree Medic. They removed 4 massive trees from an internal courtyard in historic downtown St. Augustine. Their crew was exceptionally polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. They were prompt and particulary careful of the surrounding area. When they left, the area was so clean you'd never know they were even there with the exception of 4 fewer trees.



I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again!!!!

During a recent storm, I had a situation that required me to have emergency tree service done at my home. I was extremely pleased that I called Tree Medic of St. Augustine to help me with the problem. The owner himself came out to my home at 1 a.m. to survey the damage and he immediately dispathed a crew to help me. I would encourage anyone needing tree services, regardless of whether it is an emergency or routine tree pruning to all Tree Medic.
