Jared Sargent was very professional he found Mold on our bath room floor. He removed the linoleum and bagged it and then treated and killed the Mold while he was here. They were very reasonable on there price. I would definitely recommend them to family and any one who has Mold.

I am writing this review by request of Adam who does not have a google account but wanted to provide a review for Mr. Russell Benes of Puroclean. Adam provided the following information to me to write on his behalf. Recently, my father in law passed away at home. Russell with PuroClean St. Augustine Emergency Restoration was contacted to assist the family with the clean up after the death. Russell responded promptly and treated my family and I with compassion and kindness. He explained what had to be done to perform the clean up in a very professional manner. Even though our family told Russell that we did not know how we would pay for this, Russell said he would do the necessary clean up so our family could move on with other arrangements and we could work out how to pay later. It was clear that he does this job from a place of compassion. Our family is very grateful.

Russell (owner), is wonderful! We had our 2nd floor washer overflow causing water damage on both floors. It was our first time having to call an emergency service and I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Russell and his team!! First of all they came quickly as promised (on a weekend, at night). Also, they got everything under control quickly and helped us with our questions with insurance etc. The restoration process was also quick and if I ever had a question Russell got back with me within a quick time frame. I hope to never need services like this again but if I do PuroClean will be our first call!!
After major water damage to our home in Orange Park,Fl.Russell Benes owner of PuroClean of St. Augustine ,Fl.,did an outstanding job. THANK YOU RUSSELL BENES!! Contacted Russ on a Friday for concerns of water staining and a potential leak. He was in our home by the afternoon and had the leak located very quickly. He had crews in our home the next morning promptly at 8:00am as promised. Everyone was extremely courteous. They were so careful with all of our belongings. They had everything repaired (including drywall and painting) and our house put completely back together by that night! Not a spec of paint anywhere. Every item back in its place. Really beyond our expectations for a short notice request! Will absolutely use him for ANY future projects and will continue to sing his praises to all of our friends. It is nice to know there are still some people out there that do business this way.
Of course the flooding happened on the weekend, but Russell was quick to respond. He and his team were helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. Very pleased with the service and results. I'd definitely use them again.

I could not be more pleased to recommend Russell Benes, President, PuroClean Emergency Restoration Services, St. Augustine. I had a major mold issue in my new home and Russell and his team responded quickly and efficiently. Their "can do" attitude and compassion calmed me down and I felt confident and so relieved the problem would be solved. I was amazed at all the new technology and equipment they use. The best part - the clean-up was perfect! I hope you do not have a problem but if you do, I hope you have the privilege of working with Russell and his team.
The response time for Puroclean of St. Augustine was exceptional. My 2-year old decided her baby doll needed a bath so she flushed it and well you can imagine how that went. They were there in a flash to clean the water up and left the dryers overnight to ensure there was no still water sitting. The house was dry within 24 hours. The owner was on sight to make sure the job was done as well. He even assisted in getting the claim filed with the insurance. Great job Puroclean!

Russell Benes with PuroClean was so quick to respond when we had a pipe burst in the ceiling at our office one weekend, soaking everything. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to dry everything up and get our office back to normal, I would highly recommend!
