I brought my Panasonic TV in to get repaired. The first thing I noticed is this business only takes checks or cash and they do not take any type of credit/debit cards. After numerous calls to the repair place I finally got in touch with them to at least give me a quote on what was wrong and how much it may cost. I was told it would cost $480 to repair but I would have to pay $200 before they would fix anything as they had to order the part. After asking a few questions regarding the repair that would be done. I got the impression that they didnt even open up the unit or test the unit to see what was wrong. I went and picked up my T.V. and decided to have another local repair place take a look. They found nothing wrong with the T.V. They felt it may have been a faulty surge protector. Genes repair shop was going to charge me $480 for my T.V. that wasnt actually broken. I feel this place is dishonest

Would strongly suggest you not go to Genes TV....after 4 months of dealing with them back and forth finally gave us back our TV and simply stated not fixable....what's not fixable? Never got an answer, took a month to get our deposit back from them. Horrible customer service!
