General Info

We are a residential builder for a wide range of homes, but specialize in affordable housing for first-time buyers. We work in conjunction with local, state and federal assistance progrmas for home owners. While we do not finance homes we do know those who specialize in various areas of financing and who also know how to take advantage of existing government programs designed to lower the cost of home ownership.
