Unrecommended. Customer communicated order in choosing flowers, colors, vase, quantity, quality, delivery charges, and taxes. Customer spent a substantial amount of money and the return value was very disappointing. Overall rating and review is noted as unpleasant, lacking sufficient customer service and communication. Problem remains unresolved with no adjustment made in service or credit given.
