i had some jewelry repaired by there jeweler {anthony } it was the worst quality of work i have ever had done . he busted the a Citron stone in trillion cut a replaced it with a round one and did not discuss it with anyone. we paid for a new mounting on a engament ring he tried to pass of the old one in stead not saying anything to anyone. fixed a braclet and bent the hell out of it . i will never let him work on anything again ... i would buy jewelry from them but not let them work on anything. my name is Larry Brown for the record .

Recently while trying to pawn a new printer at St Alban's location MIke the employ not only would not take it He stated 'am sick of people crying to me about their money problems. Have spent thousands of dollars there but because of one bad employ I will not be back

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI'd avoid this place. Some of the clerk working there aren't bad guys, but the owner has a bad attitude and you'll get better prices at other pawn shops in the area. Will Pawn, All in One, or any of the others offer better prices and service.

My boyfriend and I went to the St. Albans Store and Connie and Michelle were absolutely great and informative (very kind and funny, too). I would highly recommend this store to anybody looking for beautiful jewelry (y) God bless you all :)

Like this location the best. Nicer people and better selection then the one in Cross Lanes. Much better pawn shop than the one down the road where those crooks try and rip you off !

This place doesnt even deserve the one star I gave them. They were extremely rude and offered the lowest price for my watch of the places I checked. I usually dont take time to write reviews but their service was so bad i had to.

Fair prices, staff is usually friendly, though they can be a bit put-offish if they're busy. Be wary if you need to pay late on an item; just because they say they will hold something and allow you to pay late doesn't mean they actually will. They've sold 2 of my items after telling me they would hold them a few extra days until I got paid, and they've sold a friend's item after saying the same thing. I'm not great friends with, but a fairly close acquaintance with one of the employees, and he basically said that sometimes one of the staff will like this or that item and buy it himself, even if it's supposed to be on hold. They'll just conveniently NOT put a note in the computer to hold it, after telling you that such a note will be made. All in all, a good broker, but don't rely on them actually holding for a late payment. They also buy from known thieves, but I don't care about that to be honest. =P

I have had nothing but good customer service from the staff
