IN-DEPTH visual examination of the structure and operating components of a home. The home inspector will meet personally with the client AT the property during the inspection and follow UP with a written report containing the inspection results and photos of the property. The home inspector will provide a verbal overview of the findings while on site. The written home inspection report provides a detailed assessment of the general condition of the major components of the home including photos. The written report will BE transmitted electronically to the client. Usually within 24 hours of the inspection, a trained inspector will point OUT areas of concern during the inspection AS well AS educate the Buyer on proper care and maintenance procedures.
